Atilla was Adele and Simon Konecki's miniature pinscher. The dog was put to sleep on July 13, 2016 at 17 years old. During a show in Chicago, Adele explained that, "I might cry tonight. I have two dogs and one died today. It was put down this morning. He was very old. He was my boyfriend’s dog, so I’ve only known him for six years. He was still my dog.” She dedicated her performance of "One and Only" to the dog that night, stating, "The one and only Atilla. I’ll dedicate a lot of songs to him tonight. I feel terrible that I’m not there.”[1]
