Gregory Allen "Greg" Kurstin (born May 14, 1969) is an American record producer, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter. He has won eight Grammy Awards, including Producer of the Year, Non-Classical in 2017 and 2018.

An "exceptionally accomplished" musician, Kurstin began his career as a jazz pianist and later co-founded Geggy Tah. He has collaborated with Inara George in The Bird and the Bee since 2004.

Kurstin collaborated with Adele on her third and fourth studio albums, respectively titled 25 and 30. On 25, he co-wrote and produced three of the album’s tracks, including its record-breaking lead single, “Hello.” An additional fourth song titled “Bird Set Free” was also conceived during Adele’s sessions with Kurstin and Sia; however, it was cut from the final version of 25 and re-recorded by Sia for her seventh studio album, This Is Acting. Kurstin returned to co-write and produce five of the 12 songs on 30, including the album’s lead single, “Easy On Me.”

Among others, he has worked with Sia, Kelly Clarkson, Halsey, Maren Morris, Beck, Paul McCartney, P!nk, Lily Allen and the Foo Fighters. He often plays guitar, bass, keyboards and drums, and engineers and programs the records he produces.

Kurstin began his career as a jazz pianist and later co-founded Geggy Tah. He has collaborated with Inara George in The Bird and the Bee since 2004.
